Sikhi Khoj — Account and Data Deletion

Current availability

The in-app “Delete my data” feature has been implemented and is awaiting backend deployment and verification on a device. It is not yet confirmed operational. For help or a privacy request, email contact@brainforgegames.com.

How deletion is designed to work

Once available in your app version, open Sikhi Khoj → Settings → Delete my data and follow the confirmation steps. Sikhi Khoj automatically creates an anonymous Firebase account; no email/password, Apple, or Google sign-in is required.

What is deleted

The deletion flow is designed to delete the anonymous account, associated app records and local saves, including progress and preferences, and remove identifying rows from shared results. Associated records include optional profile details, learning progress, quiz history, practice bests, streaks, tournament participation, scores, ratings, leaderboard information and submitted feedback.

Interrupted requests

Interrupted deletion requests can resume.

What remains temporarily

A minimal deletion receipt is retained to support recovery of interrupted requests. It is removed 30 days after the app confirms cleanup. This period begins after confirmation, not when you first request deletion. Historical analytics and diagnostic records remain subject to the relevant provider retention policies.

Do not send passwords, verification codes or sensitive information. Because accounts are anonymous, support may need additional non-sensitive details to locate the relevant records.
