Game Designer

At Brainforge Games, we create intelligent, immersive, and impactful games that blend creativity, technology, and AI-driven innovation. We’re looking for a Game Designer with a strong sense of player experience, storytelling, and systems design to help shape our upcoming titles for mobile and PC platforms.

As a Game Designer, you will collaborate closely with artists, developers, and producers to conceptualize and refine gameplay mechanics, level progression, and engagement loops. You’ll turn ideas into design documents, prototypes, and play-ready experiences that are both fun and commercially viable.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and communicate clear game design documentation and feature specs.
• Balance gameplay systems, difficulty curves, and reward mechanics.
• Work with programmers to iterate on features using data and feedback.
• Contribute creative ideas for monetization, live events, and long-term player retention.
• Research industry trends and integrate emerging technologies such as AI or simulation-based gameplay.

Requirements:
• Proven experience designing mobile or PC games (indie or professional).
• Strong understanding of Unity workflows and game economy design.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Passion for combining entertainment with innovation.
